Academy Registration

Please read and review in full all the conditions, Terms and policies of The Academy listed below. During the registration (below) you will be asked which option of classes you wish to sign up for.

Option 1

• I hereby agree to sign up to attend all 4 sessions starting on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 at 7 PM.
• I also understand my payment amount for this 4-week course is $1499.99 tax included.
• I also agree to pay my tuition fee in full and if I should choose to opt out of the course once this application has been accepted and processed by JP’S Academy, I understand that I will only be reimbursed 40% of the total amount of the discount fee the Academy has charged me prior to the course being started. Otherwise, once the applicant has started their course and they should decide to cancel this agreement once the course has started, The Academy will no longer be obligated to honor the 40% reimbursement fee on the original introductory price of $1,499.99

Option 2

• I hereby agree to sign up and agree to pay the $399.99 plus tax and any processing fee’s the Academy may incur for each individual class.
• I also understand my payment for this 1 session advance course is $399.99 plus tax and any other processing fee’s the Academy may incur.
• I also understand if I should choose to opt out of the course once this application has been accepted and processed by JP’S Academy. I will only be reimbursed 10% of the discounted fee based on the number of sessions the student paid for.

I understand my options and have decided to sign up for option 1 or option 2. Please circle your option choice and submit your payment by April 1st, 2023 in order to receive your conference call codes to be part of our Tuesday, May 2nd 2023 class.
